The film is based on the real story of a simple Spanish guy who got a diagnosis- multiple sclerosis,  he sets himself the goal to pass the Iron Man marathon: 3.8 km swimming, 180 km cycling and 42 km running. After the diagnosis, he could not go even 100 meters.
